Jameson Hsu

Jameson Hsu is CEO and co-founder of Mochi Media. Prior to founding Mochi Media, Jameson co-founded the award winning interactive design firm WDDG where he led partnerships with major brands such as Kraft, HP, Burger King and many more. Jameson has been focused on gaming and interactive advertising for over 10 years, working closely with Flash developers, industry leading artists, advertising agencies, and Fortune 500 clients to develop innovative marketing and communication solutions.

Bob Ippolito

Bob Ippolito is CTO and co-founder of Mochi Media. Prior to Mochi Media, he spent a few years, mostly off-web, developing embedded applications and custom software for ginormous megacorps. In what should be his spare time he works on open source software such as MochiKit and Python.

Justin Wong

Justin Wong is Vice President of Business Development for Mochi Media, where he leads the company's partnership efforts with publishers and advertisers. Prior to joining Mochi Media, Justin was responsible for the distribution of YouTube's video syndication product, playing an instrumental role in closing strategic partnerships with Apple, Panasonic and Electronic Arts. Justin was also an early member of the Google Local team, executing deals that enabled the launch of Google Maps and numerous small business advertiser programs. Justin holds a B.A. in Business from UC Berkeley and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Josh Larson

Josh Larson is President and COO at Mochi Media, where he leads Mochi's sales, marketing and public relations efforts as well as guides the company's monetization strategy. Prior to joining Mochi Media, Josh was Vice President of Business Development at Double Fusion, where he developed new in-game advertising business models on platforms from Sony PlayStation 3 to Apple iPhone. Josh also spent several years at CNET/GameSpot, where he served as Vice President of Games and led product development and business strategy for the company's gaming websites. Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Moshen Chan

Moshen Chan is Vice President of Engineering at Mochi Media. Prior to joining Mochi Media, Moshen led the boot firmware engineering team at OQO where he played an integral role in designing and building the world's smallest full-powered, full-featured personal computers. Moshen's responsibilities at OQO included driving systems level software architecture, management and execution of sustaining and new product deliverables and building and maintaining key technical partner relationships. Moshen has also spent several years at Cobalt Networks (acquired by Sun Microsystems) where he held key engineering roles in building the first successful web appliance platform and shipping Sun's first x86 Linux server systems. Moshen has been an avid gamer since first receiving his Atari 2600 and IBM 286. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Ryan Nichols

Ryan Nichols is Vice President of Product Management at Mochi Media where he leads Mochi's product strategy, design, and user experience efforts. Prior to Mochi Media, Ryan founded a design consultancy providing product development, branding, UI, and user experience services for web and desktop applications. Ryan spends his spare time further involved in Flash and indie games through his own game design and development work.
